Information may come from email, a rental agreement, a paper or PDF form, a phone call, or third-party listing and reservation systems such as Apartments.com and Furnished Finder. There is no SMS signup form on this website.

Data usage

We use this information to communicate about our properties, tenancy, and related services. If you provide a mobile number and consent, you may receive texts from (315) 775-8525. Message frequency varies. Messages may include appointment reminders, service order information, rent reminders, maintenance, lease updates, and emergencies. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of renting.

Data security

We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data retention

We keep your information while you receive SMS from us, or as needed to manage a tenancy. You may request deletion at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.

Message rates

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring and message frequency varies.

Opt-out

Opt out at any time by texting STOP to (315) 775-8525, or by emailing info@nnypropertygroup.com or calling that number. After you opt out, you will receive a final SMS confirming removal. We remove your number from the list within 24 hours.

Reply HELP at any time, or contact support at (315) 775-8525. You will receive a response with our phone number, email, and website. You may also email info@nnypropertygroup.com.

Non-sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. NNY Property Group will not sell, rent, or share collected mobile numbers.
