NNY Property Group texts tenants and applicants about rentals and tenancy. These texts are operational, not marketing blasts.

Program

Messages may include appointment reminders, service order information, rent reminders, maintenance, lease updates, and emergencies. We send them from (315) 775-8525.

Frequency and rates

Frequency varies. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your carrier may charge for sending or receiving texts. NNY Property Group does not add a fee for the texts themselves.

How to opt in

Text START to (315) 775-8525, or give consent on a form or rental agreement. There is no SMS signup form on this website.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of renting.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text. You will get one confirmation text, then we stop. You can also email info@nnypropertygroup.com or call (315) 775-8525. We remove your number within 24 hours.
